My Franchise, My Work

Yes, I have a business, and I have operated this for now. It has given me financial returns. Some people have approached me asking if I franchise my business or want to franchise my business.  I am typically left confused.  Yes, I see many franchised businesses around, but how can I franchise my business?  I had heard that some had done it on their own but have encountered problems when they franchised. Some have paid millions to get someone to assist them in franchising their business. Some people offer their services to help because they come from big franchise companies.  Considering all of these, what can I do?

MY FRANCHISE-MY WORK GROWTH STRATEGY

This program has been developed from my over 26 years. In franchising as I have witnessed the way companies have grown through franchising.

1. We group business owners together and do intensive 6-day sessions to franchise their business.
2.  We have developed a way for business owners to work on their own franchise system.
3.  At the sessions, we walk through exactly how franchising works to grow their business with the owners.
4.  As the seminar title connotes, the franchise system of the companies is developed by the business owners themselves with our very close guidance.
5.  Business Owners developing their own franchise system puts them in a position to better implement the design, and the commitment to the franchisees’ success is in the heart of the Owners.
6.  Putting the business owners together gives them the needed push to work together as a group.  The sessions make them realize that their challenges are not isolated and are shared by all business owners.
7.  Togetherness in the 6 days session shall foster the feeling of “camaraderie” and teamwork amongst them.  Hopefully, this “camaraderie” is carried on even after the sessions. They continue to have their group chat and exchange opinions, and share learnings as they pursue their franchise growth dream.

It was an exciting group of entrepreneurs who were willing to share their business plans.  The level of openness achieved was noteworthy. At the end of 6 days, each felt empowered and prepared to pursue their growth dreams. Each entrepreneur in the program inspired each others.
