Starting a business is a dream every person likes to have. In fact, there is nothing wrong to dream; it is free after all. But what stops many is when it comes to having the money to start. Money can affect and even go at discourage creativity. I have seen many entrepreneurs who did not allow Money to get in the way of conceptualizing a business.
Let me share these 4 excellent tips.
1. Money is the beginning and never the end of it all: those entrepreneurs began earning Money to live. The drive to make money is more of accomplishing and overcoming challenges faced. To see more Money earned is a gauge of how far they have breached the unknown. Present-day names like Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yahoo, and Twitter were never heard years ago. Yet now, they are included in the dialect of every person. The impossible became I AM POSSIBLE. Those geniuses had to tighten their belts during the development of their dreams. I remember the classic movie “Pirates of Silicon Valley” about Bill Gates in his early years. People may be laughing, but who is laughing all the way to the bank?
2. Earning Money keeps a person alive and active: Money acts as fuel to keep a person constantly on the go. To earn the amount is a measure of the extraordinary efforts placed in creating and attaining a project. I have witnessed retirees who have not changed their working life with their so-called “last money” drawn from their retirement. The only difference now is that they added a new dimension with the pressure to survive and turn around earnings: enjoyment.
3. Money creates more Opportunities: Successful Entrepreneurs create more opportunities as money flows. Their act is often called Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). It is never founded on greed but on giving back to the community their fair share of helping those less fortunate. However, it is different from creating opportunities and promises while campaigning for public office. Injap Sia of Mang Inasal donated a Php 30 million building to the City of Iloilo as the 1stPublic College. Come to think of it, why bother when he already has Php 3 B in his coffers? We all have dreams and as they say, to dream is free. Yet to make that dream come true can only be a reality if we have in mind not just for ourselves but also for all great good.
4. Money comes to those with Positive Attitude:An entrepreneur who develops a proper mindset and positive outlook can undoubtedly attract more money. In my professional field, I have seen many people who began with Php 10,000. Baliwag Lechon Manok started with that amount decades ago. The Salcedo family knew and was optimistic about the niche they were starting. Before this business, there were many challenges on their other company, which was the rental of Video Tapes. Now they have joined the global ranks of Filipinos who established branches overseas.

Finally, Money is a tool to grow a business and create a better place to live. Avoid having Money put a person under control.
